Pappardelle Pasta
€4.04The Pappardelle Pasta is for sure something quite delicious; the name itself derives from the Italian verb "pappare", which means "to eat with great pleasure".
Being the typical Tuscany pasta, very similar to the Tagliatella, it pairs naturally with the most typical Tuscany Sauce, the Wild Boar Ragout, but it can be very well matched also with a Porcini Mushrooms sauce or all the various tuscany meat-based ragout.

Pici Pasta
€4.33The Pici Pasta is of the cornerstone of the Tuscany gastronomic tradition, having their roots from the Etruscan age and their name coming from the first Gourmet in history, the Roman Marco Galvio Apicio.
Quite similar to the spaghetti, but with their typical irregular shape and thick consistency, the Pici are ideally paired with the "Aglione Sauce", but nonetheless they match well with all the Sauces of Tuscany gastronomic tradition.
