Apricot Extra Jam
The Apricot Extra Jam is a classic for the Tart, being so sweet and aromatic.
Having been immortalized by Franz Sacher for the famous Chancellor Metternich's cake, it can be used in a creative way, by contrast, matching to aged cheeses and gorgonzola cheese.

- Room temperature, keep away from heat sources and from direct sunlight. Once opened it should be stored in the refrigerator.
- Check the integrity of the cap before opening. A not perfect condition of the cap can be a symptom of poor conservation status, also due to shocks during transportation.
