This Orange Marmalade ("the" marmalade by definition and by law), is fresh, lightly sweet and with its distinctive bitter finale.
It can be used for the crepe Suzette, or, by contrast, with some chocolate, or can be easily paired with creamy cheeses and Robiola Cheese.

- Room temperature, keep away from heat sources and from direct sunlight. Once opened it should be stored in the refrigerator.
- Check the integrity of the cap before opening. A not perfect condition of the cap can be a symptom of poor conservation status, also due to shocks during transportation.
