Truffle Pici Pasta
Nobler version of the Pici (which were actually born as a simple dish of the Tuscany gastronomic tradition), are naturally paired with Truffle-based sauces.
Nonetheless, they can be very well matched with a "Cacio e Pepe" sauce and why not to try them to create a Gourmet version of the classic Carbonara?
- Durum wheat semolina, porcini mushrooms (Boletus edulis and relative groupe), truffles 0,5% (Tuber aestivum Vitt), flavours, saltt.
- May contain traces of egg, celery and squid ink (mollusc).
