The Pappardelle Pasta is for sure something quite delicious; the name itself derives from the Italian verb "pappare", which means "to eat with great pleasure".
Being the typical Tuscany pasta, very similar to the Tagliatella, it pairs naturally with the most typical Tuscany Sauce, the Wild Boar Ragout, but it can be very well matched also with a Porcini Mushrooms sauce or all the various tuscany meat-based ragout.
