Porcini Mushrooms and White Truffle, the most precious products from the woods, together in this Sauce in a pefect and well-balance combination of aroma and taste.
You can simply enjoy it on a slice of bread (better hot, to enhance the aroma), or in cold or hot recipes based on meat and pasta sauces. Definetely to be tried combined with the "Porcini Mushroom Pici" or of the "Truffle Pici".
- Porcini Mushrooms (Boletus edulis) 80%, olive oil, Italian spring white truffle 4% (Tuber Albidum Pico), flavours, potato starch, Italian Precious White Truffle 1% (Tuber Magnatum Pico) salt.
- Preservation method
- Store in a cool, dry place away from heat and direct light. After openings store in the refrigerator (+4°/ +8° C) and consume in 7 days.
