San Gimignano D.O.C. Rosso - Pitto
The most healthy grapes are gathered when perfectly ripe, destemmed and pressed, after which they are fermented at a temperature of approximately 28°C. The contact of the skins with the must continues for approximately 20 days. This is refinement in the bottle for approximately 12 months.
Alcohol content 13,5%.
Serving temperature 18°C - 20°C.
Food matches: important meat dishes, especially game, or cheeses of strong character such as sheep and goat’s milk cheeses.
